"In 1997, we became members of the SMC® family. In September 2002, we decided to put our company on-line through eMerchant Club. Everything was new and foreign, but eMerchant Club's tech support was extremely patient until we gained a working knowledge of the site. Since then, we have learned it takes a lot of work to maintain the site. We still personalize the site every day.
